At Edit Empire Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality events, training, services, and products. This Return and Refund Policy is effective from the date of purchase and applies to all bookings, payments, products, and services purchased through Edit Empire Ltd.
By purchasing a ticket, booking a service, enrolling in training, or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All purchases made with Edit Empire Ltd are subject to this policy from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you read and understand the terms before making any payment or booking.
2. Event Tickets and Seminar Bookings
All event tickets, seminar bookings, and entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable from the date of purchase, unless the event is cancelled by Edit Empire Ltd.
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, including illness, travel issues, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
If Edit Empire Ltd cancels an event, customers will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer the booking to a future event, where applicable.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, this will be reviewed at the discretion of Edit Empire Ltd.
3. Training Programmes, Courses, and Workshops
Payments made for modelling programmes, training sessions, workshops, classes, mentoring, and related services are non-refundable from the date of purchase.
This includes:
- deposits
- instalment payments
- sponsorship-backed payments
- full payments
Once a place has been secured, that space is reserved specifically for you. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued if you decide to withdraw, fail to attend, or are removed due to a breach of conduct or policy.
In exceptional circumstances, requests to transfer to another programme or date may be considered, but this remains entirely at the discretion of Edit Empire Ltd and is not guaranteed.
4. Deposits
Any deposit paid to secure a place, booking, or service is strictly non-refundable from the date of purchase.
Deposits are used to confirm commitment and cover planning, scheduling, and administrative costs.
5. Payment Plans
If you choose to pay through an instalment plan, Klarna, or any agreed payment arrangement, you remain responsible for completing all payments under the agreed terms.
Failure to attend, withdrawal from the programme, or a change in personal circumstances does not cancel the payment agreement. All payment obligations remain in place from the date of purchase.
6. Physical Products and Merchandise
If you purchase physical goods from Edit Empire Ltd, including but not limited to branded items, model kits, printed materials, or merchandise, you may request a return only if:
- the item arrives damaged
- the item is faulty
- the wrong item has been sent
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide proof of the issue, including photographs where applicable.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in their original condition
- in original packaging where possible
We do not accept returns for:
- used items
- personalised or custom-made items
- items damaged after delivery through misuse or neglect
- digital products or downloadable materials
If your return is approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
7. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable materials, digital resources, online documents, or electronic content are final and non-refundable from the date of purchase once accessed, sent, or downloaded.
8. Cancellations by Edit Empire Ltd
Edit Empire Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or amend an event, class, workshop, or service where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, low attendance, venue issues, illness, emergencies, or matters beyond our control.
In such cases, we will aim to provide a suitable alternative, transfer, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Edit Empire Ltd will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other personal expenses.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
